The Project

I've managed the Hunter EMS site for several years. Last year, Hunter expressed they wanted to redesign www.hunterems.com. I agreed and highlighted an opportunity to update sites for 2 other services they operate and bring them together under a single portal site. Hunter agreed and we began a process of defining requirements for each entity as well as the portal.

Working with an Agile approach, we (myself and Hunter stakeholders) met regularly to iterate through ideation and conceptualization phases via business analysis (including personas and journey maps), sketching and wireframing. After several rounds we were ready to start the high fidelity/prototype phase. I've been using Adobe's new design/prototyping tool "Experience Design" for over a year now, and continued using it for the Hunter Portal site project.

Resposive design

The image displayed here depicts 3 artboards, each representing a specific viewports: Desktop, tablet and smartphone. We will continue to iterate through design concepts at a more detailed level, continuously ensuring we are meeting business goals, but more importantly creating an experience that users will enjoy.
